The bizarre Beavercreek Sisters (03-04-24)

 Hey all!! Hope that you all had a fantastic week!! I know I did!! So wanna hear about it? No? Too bad, you're already here, so let's hop to it!!


Highlights:
☆This week for lunch on Tuesday we went to the mall and had Chinese and walked around, it was pretty good!!
☆Wednesday was actually a hard day for us as it dragged, but we got some good videos and pics out of it!!
☆District council!!🤩🤩 You guys!! I'd forgotten how much fun District council can be, and how fun it is with other sisters in the district!! We were literally laughing the whole time as we role played and talked about our goals and all that stuff! It was soo fun and such a boost that Sister Hopes and I needed! Plus the STLs came, and you guys I love the STLs here in Dayton east! Matter of fact...
☆The STLs! Sister Dahle and Sister Soulier, (sue-li-a, that's how you pronounce it) are a whole party in and of themselves!! They're always ready to have fun and hype you up if you need it!! We got to role play with them this week and it was so good! I got to role play Sister Dahle and it was total MTC vibes until we started our role play and I've realized just how far we've come. Speaking of how far we've come:
☆I HIT 9 MONTHS TOMORROW!! THATS HALF WAY!!🎉🎊🤩🥳❤️😭😭🥹 You guys, it's been such an incredible 9 months! I seriously can't believe it's been that long, and I seriously can't wait to see what the 2nd half of my mission holds. 
☆MY BROTHER GOT BAPTIZED!! And I had the blessing of being able to watch it and see my family and friends!!
☆We had a fire lesson on Saturday evening with our friend Eric!! He's so ready and he wants to learn and come to church!!
☆DJ and his 3 kids came to church!! They also loved it!!! 🤩🤩🤩
☆The Beavercreek 2nd ward is actually the best!! I love this ward!! Yesterday for fast and and testimony meeting, they had a good amount of youth, both primary and teens, get up and bare their testimonies!! It was the sweetest thing ever!🥹
☆Sister Hopes and I are literally having so much fun!! We're always laughing of finding something to laugh at and taking way to many pics and videos,  and it's a blast!!

Friends:
☆DJ is pretty cool! They met him just before I got here and he and his 3 kids came to church and loved it!!
☆Eric is so ready to learn!! He loves and agrees with everything we taught him in the restoration, and he wants to come to the ward party's and get to know ppl!! Sadly he couldn't come to church yesterday, but he's starting to work on being able to next Sunday! 

Spiritual thought:
So this week Sister Hopes and I have been thinking alot about the fact that we're hitting 9 months on the Mission. That's half way, and not only are we blown away at the fact that we've gotten this far, we're also shocked that it's been that long as it totally doesn't feel like it. So as I'm hitting this mark, I've been thinking about what I've learned so far, and the best way to tell y'all is by baring my testimony:
I know that this church is true! I know that God loves each and everyone of us, and that we are His divine sons and daughters! I know that not only did Jesus Christ die for us to make it possible for us to repent, but he also performed the atonement so that he could know everything that we ever have, are currently, and ever will go through. While on my mission, I've come to truly know and continue to grow my relationship with Jesus Christ. To know that He loves me, and he knows me, and beacuse he died for me, he knows my pain, and sorrows. He knows my upset and my downs, and he know how to help me at different times and different things. And I know that because of the atonement and through the atonement, our Heavenly Father also knows these things and can help send people and things our way to help us. I know that Joseph Smith was and is a true Prophet of God and that started this great work and because of that,  we have the restoration, and the new revelations that are being revealed now. I know that the temple is the house of God and that it is there where we make sacred covenants and can be sealed as families for time and eternity. 

Well, I think that that's all for this week! Things for this upcoming week are, district lunch, and real transfers. So we'll see what happens!! Thanks for reading my novel here and thanks for being you! Love you all and hope that you have the most fantastic week!

  Howdy all! I hope you had an exciting week! I know I did, so let's get started!! Highlights: ☆Tuesday we had district council because transfers are on Thursdays now instead of Fridays. So fun! We had a good quickish council and then Elder Reynolds had a surprise for us. Sister Lilya was getting ready to go home, and apparently when a missionary goes home he does this. We played Jepordy! Yep! It was actually really fun! Sadly I can't remember who won and who lost, but I do remember it was really, really close.  ☆After that we had district lunch!! We went to El Toro, which is a Mexican place, and it was good!  ☆Sadly after that I got sick. Not from the restaurant, I just did. Monday I went to bed with a small scratch in my throat and when I woke up Tuesday morning, it was worse. Sad day.   Hey, howdy, hi everyone!!! I hope that you guys had a fabulous week! I know I did and it absolutely flew by! And it was good! So ya ready to hear all about it? Good, cause here we go!! Highlights: ☆We found another 5 friends this week! Through much labor, patience and faith, the Lord is pouring His blessings out on us, and I'm so thankful!  ☆We also had 5/5 members at our lessons! Also thank you Heavenly Father!! ☆We found Service!! We're at a food pantry!! It's a slow season rn as it's for elementary schools, but their letting us come in about once a week to help out! ☆Exchanges were good.  ☆District council was fun! Apparently we've all gotten bashed this week, rip us. But at least we're learning from it! ☆We've been having a good amount of lessons again!!  Hey, hey, hey everyone!!! Another week has flown by and slowly! Idk if that makes sense, so basically it was another fast week with a few slow days! I hope that you all had a fantastic week! And I hope that your not skeletons on the ground beacuse you melted from the the heat! (Hehehehehehe! 🤣🤣) But seriously I hope that your not dying from the heat too much! Anyways, let's read about the week, shall we? Highlights: ☆ZONE CONFERENCE!!!!! It was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Good!!! It was definitely the thing I needed and it did not disappoint!! ☆I opened my ketchup at Zone conference by myself!! (I know that doesn't sound like an accomplishment, but it is. Every Zone conference I have to ask my comp for help to open it, because my hands are slick from opening my sandwich and pulling it out.)
