Mission Farewell

On May 28th Alex gave her farewell talk in church! She had lots of people there to support her! We wanted to get some pictures after, but Pyper was teaching and Grandma and Pa had to get on the road, and Uncle Bob was getting all of the kids to their classes. Alex was to be teaching her primary class, but I kidnapped her and made her take a few pictures first!

Aunt Sara was there too, but she gets to see her more often, so it was the uncles that made it that much more special.
Uncle Josh and Emma even came all the way from Washington for it and were able to spend some time with the family and took them out for ice cream on Saturday!

and Uncle John, Kattie, Dani, and Wyatt were also all there!


Most of the cousins who were there were all in class, but we did get this picture of those who were not staying for the rest of church.
Dani had graduated a few days before and was to be in OR, but she stayed a few days extra so she could be there to see Alex off.
And what would family photos be without some funny ones!

  Howdy all! I hope you had an exciting week! I know I did, so let's get started!! Highlights: ☆Tuesday we had district council because transfers are on Thursdays now instead of Fridays. So fun! We had a good quickish council and then Elder Reynolds had a surprise for us. Sister Lilya was getting ready to go home, and apparently when a missionary goes home he does this. We played Jepordy! Yep! It was actually really fun! Sadly I can't remember who won and who lost, but I do remember it was really, really close.  ☆After that we had district lunch!! We went to El Toro, which is a Mexican place, and it was good!  ☆Sadly after that I got sick. Not from the restaurant, I just did. Monday I went to bed with a small scratch in my throat and when I woke up Tuesday morning, it was worse. Sad day. Rain, and the wind, and the circus, oh my! (7/1/24)

 Hey-ho people-o!! (There's a new one for ya!!) Hope that you've all been well, and that it hasn't been to overwhelmingly hot for ya! My week was good, honestly pretty uneventful as of big things so. All good, all good! So let's see what happened: Highlights:  ☆It poured rain on Tuesday and I absolutely loved it!! ☆The weather has cooled down since it's been raining, so that's been nice! ☆It's also been windy lately which is nice when we're outside! ☆Sister Roberts thought it would be funny to scare me, so she did. And I let out this really delayed, really dramatic scream. She didn't even scare me that bad, yet here we are. (You better watch out Sister Roberts, payback is coming) ☆We had District council this week! Yay! Trio life in Beavercreek (3/11/24)

  Hello! Hello! How was the week? Was it good? Or hard? Or in between? I'd love to hear about it!! Anyway my week was good, from my title toy can honestly probably guess what it's about, so here's the full story! Highlights: ☆Tuesday I hit 9 months!! And that was fun! Honestly the day was kinda rough as Facebook kicked everyone off and I couldn't remember my password and ultimately Sister Hopes had to get a new Facebook. But aside from that we got a ton of balloons from it, and Chick-fil-A! So, ya know, good! ☆Wednesday we waited alllllllllll day(!) For transfer news that wouldn't come til after 9pm. So when we finally forgot that they were coming, transfer news came! So Sister Hopes and I stayed and we also got another companion! And I'm senior comp now! (😁😱)  ☆District council!!! It was so good!! And fun!! And the testimonies were fire, and so was Sister Tolman getting her spirit animal! (Which we got to help with, as elder Stevenson asked us for suggestions...
